+ This event will only occur once, but it will be recorded which will allow employees to go back and review the stream.

+ There will be a 10-20 minute meeting all together

+ Followed by a hour long meeting that is broken down depending what devision within Debenhams you work in.

+ Frequante weekly updates between all national teams.

+ Monday Meeting to review progress between managers.

+ Video Live stream

+ Over the phone updates with managers so that local managers can be updated on what changes they should expect during the week to happen.

+ This meeting will take place at the corporate offices, but will be streamed/recorded for all employees. This will allow the 25K work force to take part virtually.

+ The CEO will be present, with all other executives.

+ Manager of all departments will also be present.

+ The CEO will speak with other executive members in the update video.

+ Managers will have to provide a recap of how the weeks changes went and what they have planned going forward, and an update regarding there deadlines.

+ CEO will be present to congratulate the employees nation wide on the amazing work that has been done so far.

+ All other executives will also be present.

+ Once the stream is completed every one in attendance will be able to review the key points that were discussed.

+ This will allow the management team to get instant feedback on how the presentation of changes went.

+ Staff has a clear understanding of what is expected to happen over the course of these changes.

+ Staff exited for what the new changes could bring to Debenhams.
